Article 1081
Postponement of Transfer of Ownership
(1)
Provisions to the effect that ownership shall be transferred at a different time than that fixed in the preceding Articles shall not affect third parties, unless the latter knew or should have known these provisions.
#(2)
Provisions mentioned in sub-Article (1) with regard to immovable property are invalid unless they have been given publicity through registration in accordance with the law.
