Co-Ownership de Jure
(1)
A free standing dividing wall, a fence or a hedge is held in co-ownership if the boundary between two lands belonging to different owners runs along the length under this wall, fence or hedge.

The dividing wall common to two buildings and works belonging to different owners is also held in co-ownership.
