Article 1333
Notice
Where notice is required it may, unless otherwise provided, be given by any means appropriate to the circumstances.
#For the purpose of sub-Article (2) a notice "reaches" a person when given to that person orally or delivered at that person’s place of domicile or personal mailing address or, if the contract has arisen in the course of that person’s business or professional activities, at that person’s place of business or business mailing address.
#Unless the recipient has determined the means of communication, in the event that the notice has been inaccurately communicated to the recipient by the person or means of communication designated by the sender, the notice as received is deemed to be the notice of the sender.
#For the purpose of this article “notice” includes a declaration, demand, request or any other communication of intention.
