Article 159
Mere Sojourn in a Place
(1)
The mere fact that a person is for a time in a certain place shall not be sufficient to constitute for him a residence in such a place.
#(2)
Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-Article (1), a residence is acquired whenever the sojourn is to last, or has lasted, in fact, more than three months.
