Article 1723
Approval by the Interested Party
(1)
If a person who acted with a view to looking after the interest of another, has done so without good reason or has not properly done so, the interested party may, by approving the acts, renunciate the right to invoke the defect against the manager. The interested party can be given an reasonable period for the approval.
