Article 2167
Transfer of Voucher
(1)
Where the voucher alone has been endorsed for the first time, the amount of the debt and interest thereon, and the date on which payment falls due, shall be stated on it.
#(2)
The endorsement and the above information shall be entered on the receipt and countersigned by the beneficiary of the endorsement.
