Article 2630
Substitution of Insurer
(1)
The debtor may appoint an authorized insurer to replace him, by paying him the value of the annuity.
#(2)
The annuitant may not object to the substitution, but he may require that the purchase of the annuity be made with another insurer, or he may contest the determined capital value or the value of the annuity arising from that capital.
