Article 2750
Liability of Arbitrators
(1)
An arbitrator is not liable for negligence in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in the capacity of the arbitrator, except where his action or omission is attributable to malice or fraud.
#(2)
An employee or mandatary of the arbitral tribunal is not liable for negligence in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in the capacity of employee or mandatary of the arbitral tribunal, except where his action or omission is attributable to malice or fraud.
