Other Causes

The dissolution of the marriage may not be ordered for the sole reason that:

(a)

an opposition has not been taken into consideration;

(b)

the period of widowhood has not been observed;

(c)

the civil status officer celebrating the civil marriage was incompetent; or

(d)

the formalities for the civil marriage were not observed.
