Position of Surviving Cohabitee
(1)
If two persons have lived together, at least, for five years as if they were married and the relationship is terminated by the death of one of the cohabitees, the Court may, upon request, order that the surviving cohabitee shall have the same rights of succession as a surviving spouse.
