Article 7
Effect of Personality
(1)
Every natural person shall enjoy the rights of personality and the liberties guaranteed by the Constitution.
#(2)
In this respect, no regard shall be had to race, ethnic origin, language, color, gender, religion, disability, age, political belief or opinion, or social or economic status or any other improper factors.
