Article 802
Position of Creditors of the Inheritance
(1)
Pending the liquidation, before partition, only the creditors of the inheritance shall be able to take recourse on the inheritance. They have the right to object to a partition.
#(2)
The creditors shall not have a right of recourse on the personal property of an heir, as long as it is not clear that the inheritance is accepted fully by him.
#(3)
A creditor of the inheritance may claim that an heir makes the choice to accept in full, to accept under the benefit of inventory or to renounce the succession in due time.
