Article 868
Duties of Heirs
(1)
In their relations with the succession, the heirs shall retain all the rights and obligations which they had against or in favor of the deceased, with the exception of the rights and obligations which come to an end with the death.
#(2)
In regard to such rights and obligations, the heirs shall give the liquidator all relevant information so as to enable him to draw up the inventory.
