Article 875
Executive Title
(1)
Executive titles enforceable against the deceased are equally enforceable against the liquidator.
#(2)
However, the liquidator may postpone the payment of all debts till the time when he has made the inventory of the succession.
#(3)
The Court may, on the application of any interested person, compel the liquidator to pay the debts or certain debts before that time, if it is evident that the succession will be in a position to pay such debts.
