Article 108
Effect of Striking
(1)
Where a suit is struck out under Articles 106 (2) and 107(1) (d), the plaintiff may bring a new suit on payment of full court fees.
#(2)
Where the plaintiff satisfies the court that there was sufficient cause for his non-appearance, the court may issue an order dispensing from payment of court fees and shall appoint a day for proceeding with the suit.
