Article 130
Mode and Proof of Service
Every summons served under this Chapter shall be served as nearly as may be in the same manner as a summons to a defendant. The provisions of the previous Chapter as to proof of service shall apply, notwithstanding the provisions of this Code on witness evidence.
#The summons shall state the date, time and place of the examination, the facts in respect of which evidence is to be provided and the consequences of non-appearance. Any particular document to be produced by the witness shall be described in the summons with reasonable accuracy.
#The interested party shall summon the witness a sufficient time before the time specified in the summons for the attendance of the witness, to allow a reasonable time for preparation and for travelling to the place at which his attendance is required.
