Article 175
Preliminary Objections
(1)
Before proceeding with the trial of the suit, the court shall decide such preliminary objections as may be taken by the parties.
#(g)
the claim is to be settled by arbitration or has previously been made the subject of a compromise or scheme of arrangement.
#(3)
Where there are several objections under this article, they shall all be taken together and any objection not taken at the earliest possible opportunity, shall be deemed to have been waived, unless the ground of objection is such as to prevent a valid judgment from being given.
