Article 261
Evidence Recorded by another Court
(1)
No change in the constitution of any court prior to the conclusion of a suit shall affect evidence recorded in such court before such change occurred and the suit shall be proceeded with on that evidence as recorded.
#(2)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall apply by analogy to evidence taken in a suit that has been transferred.
