Article 267
The Issues to be Decided and the Legal Grounds
(1)
The court shall state its decision on each separate issue unless the decision on any one or more issues is sufficient for the determination of the case.
#(2)
Unless the law provides for otherwise, the court shall not ground its decision and shall not give judgment on facts or issues which are not specifically raised by the parties.
