Article 271

Application to Set Aside Irregular Proceedings

(1)

Any party may apply to the court to set aside all or part of the proceedings as irregular.

(2)

Where the application proceeds upon several grounds, they shall all be stated together.

(3)

The application shall he made at the time when preliminary objections are taken or as soon thereafter as the applicant has knowledge of the irregularity.
