Article 28

Assistance

For the purposes of determining substantive foreign law, the court may invoke:

(a)

the assistance of the authoritative bodies of the State of Eritrea and of the foreign jurisdiction concerned;

(b)

the assistance of the parties; or

(c)

the services of experts.
