Article 312
Consequential Orders
(1)
Any decision under this Chapter shall be made or given on such terms as to costs or otherwise as the court deems appropriate.
#(2)
No decision under this Chapter shall be a bar to the making of such further orders as may or must be made pursuant to the law under which the application is made, or as may appear expedient in the circumstances.
