Article 353
Principle
(1)
The provisions of this Chapter shall apply, where the court determines that seals should be affixed for the purpose of preserving property which may be or is the subject of proceedings in court.
#(2)
No seal when affixed shall be removed without an order of the court. Any interested party may apply to the court for the removal of a seal.
