Article 432
Decree of Payment of Money
(1)
Without prejudice to the provisions of the following Articles, every decree for the payment of money, including a decree for the payment of money as the alternative to some other relief, may be executed by the attachment and sale of the judgment-debtor’s property.
#(2)
The value of the property attached shall, as nearly as may be possible, correspond with the amount due under the decree.
