Article 469
Restriction on Bidding or Purchase by Officers
(1)
No auctioneer or other person having any duty to perform in connection with any sale shall, either directly or indirectly, bid for, acquire or attempt to acquire any interest in the property sold.
#(2)
Where a sale takes place in contravention of the provisions of sub-Article (1), it shall be set aside.
