Article 50
Principle
(1)
Except as provided in this Chapter or under other specific provisions of law, every suit shall be instituted in the court of the place where the defendant is a habitual resident, carries on business, or personally works for gain.
#(2)
A suit against joint defendants may be instituted in the court of any of the places where any of the defendants resides, carries on business, or personally works for gain.
