Article 13
Courts to be Open to Public
(b)
the Court deems it necessary to exclude the public from all or part of any proceeding for reasons of morality, state security, or the privacy or security of a person concerned in the proceeding.

The Court may, if the interests invoked warrant such an order, warn the persons allowed to attend a trial from which the public has been excluded under sub-Article (2) not to discuss or disclose what is said in Court.
