Article 154

Where the accused does not endorse on the summons that he pleads guilty, he shall appear on the day and at the time fixed for the hearing.

The trial of a charge under this Chapter shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Title II.

Where the accused does not appear as required under this Article, the prosecutor may request the Court to issue a warrant of arrest and the accused shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of this Book when he is apprehended.
