Article 64
Proceedings Involving National Security
(1)
The Attorney General shall decide on whether to commence proceedings in cases involving national security.
#(2)
If the Attorney General decides not to commence proceedings under sub-Article (1), an application under Article 66 to review the decision of the Attorney General may for all classes of offences be made to the High Court of appropriate jurisdiction.
