Article 99
Duty to Disclose
As soon as possible after filing charges against the accused, the prosecutor shall make disclosure to the accused or his counsel of any relevant information or evidence in his possession or of which he has knowledge.
#Where the Court is satisfied that there has not been compliance with the provisions of this Chapter, it shall adjourn the proceedings until in its opinion there has been compliance and it may make such other order as it considers appropriate in the circumstances. The Court may also grant an adjournment, at the request of the accused, if it is satisfied that the accused requires more time in which to prepare for trial.
#The duty of disclosure by the prosecution is continuing and the prosecutor is required forthwith to communicate to the accused any new and subsequent information that he receives if such information falls within the terms of Article 100.
