Article 117

A person who commits an offence under Article 116 during a time of war or danger of war, or who by such offence seriously endangers the security of the State or when the act causes the death of persons, is guilty of aggravated sabotage, a Class 1 serious offence, punishable with life imprisonment, or, in cases of exceptional gravity, with death, or with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 23 years and not more than 27 years.
