Article 163
Aggravated Violence against a Public Official
A person who commits an offence under Article 162:
#(d)
where the victim is a member of the police or armed forces, executive, legislative or judicial institutions, acting in his official capacity,
#is guilty of aggravated violence against a public official, a Class 8 serious offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years.
