Article 272
Unlawful Use or Supplying of Narcotics or Dangerous Substances
A person who:
#(b)
keeps or dispenses narcotics or other dangerous substances in a manner endangering human health; and makes use of or provides narcotics or such dangerous substances to others without proper authority and contrary to normal practice,
#is guilty of unlawfully supplying narcotics or other dangerous substances, a Class 1 petty offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 6 months and not more than 12 months, or a fine of 20,001 – 50,000 Nakfas, to be set in intervals of 2,500 Nakfas.
