The project plan
The 2013 announcement described 1,048 apartments, 376 houses and 256 business units across Sembel, Space and Halibet.

Latest documented update
The Housing and Commerce Bank describes the Asmara Housing Project as under progress. Dated photography shows active construction in Halibet in November 2016, and a June 2018 video documents work across Halibet and Sembel/Space. A 2024 housing-finance profile repeats a social-media completion claim, but that does not supersede the responsible bank’s published status.
What remains unclear
The visual record establishes physical development over time, but it does not by itself establish handover, occupancy, infrastructure readiness or contractual completion. Eri Atlas will keep this project in progress until the Housing and Commerce Bank publishes completion.
