AfDB lists a procurement plan in June and a March 2026 progress report published in August. The May consultancy notice covers this project and P-ER-FF0-002 together.
What remains unclear
Shared locations and a joint notice do not make the two project identifiers interchangeable. No claim of commissioning is made here. The illustration communicates the published three-town scope; it is not a construction photograph.
