Article 1035
Pipes
(1)
A holder shall, against full payment in advance of compensation for the damage thereby caused, allow the installation on the land he holds of water, gas or electrical lines or similar works to the benefit of other lands.
#(3)
The holder may at any time require that the installation be removed at his own expense and placed on some other part of the land.
