Article 1248
Duties of Owner Dominant Tenement
(1)
The holder of the right of use of the dominant tenement shall exercise his rights so as to cause minimum inconvenience to the holder of the right of use of the servient tenement.
#(2)
He shall exercise his rights in accordance with the agreement establishing the servitude and may not make on the dominant or servient tenement any alteration which would increase the burden of the servitude unnecessarily.
