Article 1256
Abandonment
(1)
If the holder of the right of use of the dominant tenement wants to abandon his right, at his own expense, because of the charges and obligations attached to the servitude, the holder of the right of use of the servient tenement must cooperate herein.
#(2)
The agreement of establishment may contain, for the first twenty years of the servitude, a stipulation to the contrary.
