Article 1269
State Property and Provisions Applicable Thereto
(1)
The State is owner of the land, water and natural resources below and above the surface of Eritrea.
#(3)
Such property shall be subject to the provision of this Section, where it forms part of the public domain.
#(4)
Property belonging to the State or other administrative bodies shall be subject to the provisions relating to property privately owned.
