Article 1308
Plan
(1)
The municipality shall draw up a detailed plan relating to each Town or Country-planning area in concordance with the reasons and objectives of the decree. The plan shall at least consist of a detailed map, explanation and regulations pertaining to the use of immovable property and erection of buildings.
