Article 1322
Absence of Permit
(1)
Where the construction of a building is undertaken in the absence of a building permit or in deviation of the permit, the municipality may order that the construction be stopped forthwith.
#(2)
The municipality is authorized to undo all activities in violation of the plan and charge such costs as connected therewith to the violator.
