Article 1357
Capacity to Conclude Contracts
(1)
Every natural person has the capacity to conclude contracts, subject to rules of law limiting this capacity for determined categories of persons.
#(2)
A contract concluded by a natural person who lacks the capacity to perform contracts may be avoided by the natural person or body corporate that administers the property of this person.
