Article 2443
Author’s Remuneration. - 1. Principle
(1)
A person assigning a work for publication shall be entitled to a remuneration unless there are circumstances justifying the assumption that he agreed to forego any remuneration.

In the absence of agreement between the parties, the remuneration due to the author shall be fixed by the Court in accordance with equity.
