Article 2719
3. General Settlement
(1)
Where the parties have reached a general settlement with regard to all the matters outstanding between them, the settlement contract may not be annulled on the ground that documents unknown to one or both of the parties at the time the contract was concluded have subsequently been discovered.
#(2)
The settlement contract may however be annulled in such a case where the documents in question were willfully withheld by one of the parties at the time the contract was concluded.
