Article 346
Liability of Registrar
(1)
The registrar of the Court shall be liable in lieu of the guardian of the interdicted person where the registrar, having received notice of the judgment of the interdiction, has failed to enter the name of the interdicted person in the special register kept for this purpose.
#(2)
The same shall apply where the registrar has refused to make the register accessible to a third person who has had, or intends to have, dealings with the interdicted person.
