Article 493
Property with a Specific Destination
(1)
Endowments, trusts and committees constituted in a foreign country may not carry out any activity in Eritrea until they have been granted the necessary approval by the office of associations.-
#(2)
The office of associations may refuse its approval where the proposed activity is contrary to the law or morals of Eritrea. The office of associations may, before making its decision, consult the Ministry concerned with the proposed activity.
