Article 495
Restriction
(1)
The carrying out of regular activities in Eritrea by foreign bodies corporate, endowments, trusts or committees or certain classes of the same may be prohibited or regulated by the Ministry of Local Government.
#(2)
Foreign bodies corporate, endowments, trusts and committees may own immovable property other than land as may be provided by special law.
