Article 721
3. Other Causes
Whosoever:
#(a)
by taking advantage of the physical state of the deceased, has, within three months prior to the death of the latter, prevented him from making, modifying or revoking his will; or
#(b)
has intentionally destroyed, caused to disappear or altered the last will of the deceased, without the consent of the latter, or has availed himself of a false will knowing it to be such, shall lose his capacity to succeed the deceased as unworthy.
