Article 877
Determination of Creditors Regarding Support
(1)
The spouse of the deceased and his descendants shall have a claim for support, on the condition laid down in the following Articles.
#(2)
Where the succession devolves on the State, the persons who lived with the deceased or were supported by him at the time of his death shall also have a claim for support, on the conditions laid down in the following articles.
