Article 883
Claim by Creditor
(1)
A claim with a view to establishing a debt for support shall be made to the liquidator within six months from the opening of the succession.
#(2)
In urgent cases, a provisional claim for support may be acknowledged by the liquidator in favor of the interested, persons.
#(3)
A decision of the liquidator refusing to acknowledge a claim for support may be immediately 1 impugned: before the Court.
